M A R I O
My first photography project encloses a few selected portraits of a young man who used to work as a windshield washer, in the streets of Mexico City. Mario and I became transitory pals and one day, he shared with me some details about his childhood and his work. The series captures a day in his life with his friends and his family while being on duty.

Ticket to Immortality
This is an audiovisual artefact I created as my final assignment for my photography class. Ticket to Immortality portrays the life of my grandfather Jorge, who has been a baker since he was 16 years old. The showcased video is the outcome of an intimate interview and three months of shootings with my grandpa but also; it is a love letter to him.

MANUEL
After hurricane Manuel hit the Pacific Coast in 2013; I travelled to Acapulco, Guerrero to document the aftermath with my camera. Through my journey around some communities, local people testified about how they survived this catastrophe despite the governments' inefficient assistance.

Remapping memory
This project is a visual reflection based on theories about mobility, culture, and people on the move in London. Here I encapsulate two series of black and white photographs taken with a mobile and a small section of quotes by Londoners, who expressed their insights about gentrification, public policies, and the setbacks of living in the city nowadays.
