Visible Justice is a collaborative exhibition which was curated by artist David Birkin and photographer and writer Max Houghton. This work explored social justice issues through an immersive installation, photography, video, sound and series of talks, screenings and performances.
Young Blood was one of the multiple visual projects displayed in the exhibition. It was produced under the mentorship of Indian transmedia artist and activist, Poulumi Basu. This collection aimes to show the brooding knife crimes in UK from contrasting angles. The counter-narrative perspective was created by our team who interviewed and photographed a group of young bikers in the city of London who rather wheel in London rather than joining gangs to consume drugs and encourage violence among young people.
